Physician recruitment has become one of the top priorities of hospitals. All over the country, healthcare providers are facing significant challenges in recruitment. Hospitals are constantly searching for talented physicians, nurses, and other clinical and non-clinical staff, which has become more difficult, expensive, and time-consuming, especially in the past 12 months.
Answering this need, STA was recently invited to present to the Human Resource Department at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital to brand and market their recruitment and retention program. A very creative presentation “The Anatomy of a Brand” was presented by our team of branding specialists (left to right): Shannon Farrelly (New Mediologist), Sean Tracey (Brandologist), Karen Donohue Fleer (HRologist), and Brenda Dziadzio (Graphicologist). Yes, that’s our team, all dressed up in the lab coats. “Preparing ‘The Anatomy of a Brand’ presentation has been one of the most enjoyable presentations we have put together.” Cameron stated. Needless to say, we won the account over three other finalists from three different states (or we wouldn’t be blogging about it). We would like to thank Christi Green (Manager of Recruitment and Retention), Erin Flanigan (VP Human Resources), and the entire HR team for giving us the opportunity.
