Happy doesn’t even begin to describe how excited we are about rolling out our fun new campaign for Town & Country Federal Credit Union. Ecstatic, elated, over-the-moon is more like it! The Happy Mainers™ campaign launched mid-May and asks Mainers from Kittery to Caribou, “Why are you so Happy?” Whether it’s whoopie pies, the rocky coastline, the friendly shops, outdoor activities, or Maine’s beloved and revered lobsters—whatever it is that puts a smile on their faces, we want to know! Already, Mainers from across the state are uploading pictures and videos sharing what makes them fortunate to live or work in the great state of Maine.
This campaign, which includes TV spots, user-generated videos, transit, print, digital, and in-branch exposure, links the Maine community through video, pictures and stories that share common passions, family, friends and most of all, their love for their home state.
So what could be better than happy people? Maybe some prizes? That’s right, fun, cool prizes for one lucky Happy Mainer each month and a Grand Prize for the happiest Mainer of all. From boat rides, clam bakes to five-star dining experiences, relaxing massages and shopping excursions at LL Bean. The Grand Prize is an unforgettable, luxurious (everything you can imagine) weekend for 2 in Bar Harbor. The happy photos and videos are pouring in!
Interestingly enough, the Credit Union has decided not to tie this campaign into their financial products, but rather, enjoy the simple pleasure that comes from engaging with a like-minded group of people through their social media program, managed by STA.
