Bigelow Tea’s NEW Box & Packaging Design featured in Boston Globe

Just in time for summer, The Boston Globe has written an article about Sean Tracey Associates’ client Bigelow Tea!  Bigelow asked STA to design their new Half & Half Iced Tea and Lemonade packaging.   The Globe featured our newly designed box (see below) and Bigelow’s recipe to make their special blend of Half & Half iced tea and lemonade. Everyone here at STA is more than delighted for Bigelow, their newly designed box, and all of the positive feedback it has been generating.

Happy Mainers Campaign

Happy doesn’t even begin to describe how excited we are about rolling out our fun new campaign for Town & Country Federal Credit Union.   Ecstatic, elated, over-the-moon is more like it! The Happy Mainers™ campaign launched mid-May and asks Mainers from Kittery to Caribou, “Why are you so Happy?” Whether it’s whoopie pies, the rocky coastline, the friendly shops, outdoor activities, or Maine’s beloved and revered lobsters—whatever it is that puts a smile on their faces, we want to know! Already, Mainers from across the state are uploading pictures and videos sharing what makes them fortunate to live or work in the great state of Maine.

This campaign, which includes TV spots, user-generated videos, transit, print, digital, and in-branch exposure, links the Maine community through video, pictures and stories that share common passions, family, friends and most of all, their love for their home state.

So what could be better than happy people?  Maybe some prizes? That’s right, fun, cool prizes for one lucky Happy Mainer each month and a Grand Prize for the happiest Mainer of all.  From boat rides, clam bakes to five-star dining experiences, relaxing massages and shopping excursions at LL Bean. The Grand Prize is an unforgettable, luxurious (everything you can imagine) weekend for 2 in Bar Harbor.  The happy photos and videos are pouring in!

Interestingly enough, the Credit Union has decided not to tie this campaign into their financial products, but rather, enjoy the simple pleasure that comes from engaging with a like-minded group of people through their social media program, managed by STA.  We’re tickled pink to ask the question, “Are you one?”  If so, go to happymainers.com and tell us all about it.

STA Wins Two Healthcare Marketing Awards

On May 17, Sean attended the presentation of this year’s Lamplighter Awards, held in Boston. The New England Society for Healthcare Communications’ (NESHCo) Lamplighter Award’s recognize the very best of New England’s healthcare communications, marketing, and public relations in the New England region.

STA received not one, but two Lamplighter awards for our work on behalf of our clients at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. These awards were a team effort and we were extremely grateful to be honored alongside such talented people.  STA received a SILVER award for the 2011 design of “Book of Stories” in the printed pieces category, and a GOLD award for the design of the Wentworth Health Partners logo.  This logo was one of the “deliverables” and results of a complete rebranding STA conducted for this group of over 100 multi specialty physician practice groups.

About NESHCo  – For four decades, NESHCo has served as New England’s premier professional development organization for healthcare communication professionals. To learn more please visit www.neshco.org

BayCoast “Just Right” Campaign

This past October, Sean Tracey Associates re-branded and renamed Citizens-Union Savings Bank and Bank of Fall River to as BayCoast Bank.  Since then, STA has been working on an innovative marketing plan intended to raise awareness and create a buzz for the new bank. With the bank’s respected history of community involvement and philanthropy in mind, STA devised a campaign that would educate and enlighten the public of their contributions, while also finding a new way to give back to local charities—under the “direction” of the community itself!  The idea—crowd sourcing. We placed a podium all over the South Coast to learn what people think is Just Right. The campaign has produced some truly inspiring and emotional responses!  For example, one of the most popular print ads running now reads, “Just Right is…giving the troops our support.”   We even helped BayCoast trademark their new Just Right™ slogan, conceived by STA’s Creative Director, Sean Tracey.  This creative platform was presented to BayCoast during the early stage of our relationship, and was integral in STA winning the new bank’s account as agency-of-record over a number of other agencies from all over New England.

Swamp People & Sandwich Sauce

Tony Chachere Behind the ScenesTake a sneak peek at our “Behind the Scenes” video, featuring the quintessential Cajun swamp men, Troy Landry and his son Jacob. In this exclusive clip, you can see Sean directing the new commercial for Tony Chachere’s Famous Creole Cuisine’s new line of  “Sandwich Sauces”.   These guys are true Louisianians from Pierre Parte in deep Louisiana and, of course, the popular stars of History Channel’s Swamp People.  Troy Landry, undeniably the “King of the Swamp,” and Louisiana Life Magazine’s 2011 “Louisianian of the Year” can be seen being coached on by Sean on set.  Not only does it look like they had a blast making the spot, but the commercial (and this great new line of products) is going to be a big hit. Sean and company were brought in to produce and direct the commercial by Michael Benedict, of Benedict Advertising of Daytona Beach, Florida—Tony Chachere’s long-time agency-of-record.  Benedict also happens to be a member of the Mcann Agency Network with Sean, where they first met.  On the shoot, Sean and the STA production team worked alongside Benedict and Don Chachere, president and grandson of “ole master” of fine Cajun cuisine himself, Tony Chachere.  Don is featured in the behind-the-scenes video.
